No complaints about the service or the product. Delivered to local bus station in about a week, in excellent condition other than a couple of loose bolts easily replaced with screwdrivers.
This is a great looking, comfortable and practical chair, even for us tall guys (6 ft 7 in).
It folds for storage, but it does not easily remain folded when stored upright. This is great for the family room or back porch, but its weight of about 45 lbs would make it difficult to cart with you to the beach.
